## About the Role

* A Master in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Econometrics, Computer Science, or other relevant studies
 * Knowledge of Machine Learning and Applied Statistical techniques
 * Strong knowledge of Python
 * 2-5 years of relevant experience
 * Experience using modern software development practices (IDEs, Unit testing, Version Control, CI/CD, etc.)
 * Experience with generative AI-assisted coding (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar) and the ability to prompt effectively, assess suggestions critically, and uphold security and quality standards.
 * Experience with Cloud Platforms, Databricks and Spark is a plus, * Passion for your expertise
 * Passion for data
 * High focus on quality

As you walk towards the bakery department, the aroma of freshly baked goods fills the air. You take pride in knowing that your optimized baking plan is behind the freshness and quality of these products. Stepping out onto the street you realize that it's not just your local store-these algorithms run in more than a thousand stores across the Netherlands and Belgium.

 * Convey complex ideas to different audiences in an effective manner
 * Work in multidisciplinary product teams closely to our business stakeholders
 * Share your knowledge with and learn from other team members
 * Work with colleagues who value open discussion, constructive code reviews, and diverse perspectives.
