## About the Role

* Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Informationssicherheit, IT-Compliance, Risikomanagement oder Revision, idealerweise in regulierten Branchen
 * Gute Kenntnisse relevanter regulatorischer Anforderungen (DORA, VAIT, NIS2) und Standards (ISO 27001)
 * Erfahrung mit ISMS sowie Risikoanalysen und Audits von Vorteil
 * Zertifizierungen wie CISSP, CISM, CISA oder ISO 27001 sind ein Plus
 * Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten auf allen Ebenen
 * Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Aktive Beteiligung an Governance-, Risiko- und Informationssicherheitsprozessen innerhalb der 2nd Line of Defense
 * Verantwortung für Aufbau, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung des ISMS unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Anforderungen (insb. DORA)
 * Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Richtlinien, Standards und Prozessen zur Informationssicherheit
 * Beratung von Fachbereichen in Sicherheits- und Compliance-Fragen
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben (z. B. DORA, VAIT, NIS2, ISO 27001) inkl. Begleitung von Audits
 * Durchführung von Risikoanalysen, Schutzbedarfsfeststellungen und Monitoring von Maßnahmen
 * Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von Sicherheitsvorfällen inkl. Reporting und Ableitung von Verbesserunge
 * Planung und Durchführung von Awareness-Maßnahmen zur Stärkung der Sicherheitskultur
 * Regelmäßiges Reporting an Management und Gremien
