## About the Role

* Must have active SC clearance
 * Experience in a DevOps or technical lead role
 * Strong hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD, and AWS
 * Experience in a technical architecture or engineering leadership capacity
 * Solid understanding of agile methodologies and how to apply them in practice
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 * AWS Solutions Architect certification or equivalent is desirable
 * Experience deploying AI solutions is a bonus
 * Comfortable with change and ideally with start-up or high-growth environments

Lead DevOps Engineer Responsibilities

 * Lead and mentor an agile DevSecOps team, driving technical excellence and best practice across engineering delivery
 * Design and implement robust cloud infrastructure solutions, with a focus on Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines
 * Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Product Delivery leads, and client stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
 * Take ownership of technical architecture decisions, including AI-enabled tooling and bespoke software solutions
 * Oversee regulatory compliance, infrastructure governance, and resourcing visibility across engineering pipelines
 * Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and pragmatic problem solving
