## Description

Voor een organisatie binnen de dienstverlenende sector zoeken wij een Interim Functioneel Beheerder AFAS.

De organisatie maakt intensief gebruik van AFAS Profit, YellowQ en enkele andere bedrijfskritische applicaties ter ondersteuning van HR-, financiële en operationele processen.

Binnen het IT- en applicatielandschap is behoefte aan tijdelijke versterking om het functioneel beheer te borgen én door te ontwikkelen, mede in het kader van optimalisatie, gebruikersadoptie en aankomende updates en verbeterinitiatieven.

Doel van de opdracht

Het doel van deze opdracht is het stabiliseren, optimaliseren en verder professionaliseren van het functioneel beheer van AFAS Profit en aanverwante applicaties. De interim professional zorgt ervoor dat de systemen optimaal aansluiten op de bedrijfsprocessen en dat gebruikers effectief worden ondersteund.

Projectinhoud en werkzaamheden

De interim Functioneel Beheerder wordt verantwoordelijk voor onder andere:

 * Functioneel beheer AFAS Profit & YellowQ
 * Inrichten, beheren en optimaliseren van functionaliteiten binnen AFAS Profit en YellowQ, inclusief autorisaties, workflows en procesinrichting.
 * Gebruikerssupport & adoptie
 * Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikersvragen, analyseren van incidenten en vertalen van gebruikerswensen naar concrete oplossingen binnen de applicaties.
 * Procesoptimalisatie & advies
 * Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden in werkprocessen en hierover adviseren richting key users en management. Actief meedenken over efficiënter gebruik van AFAS-functionaliteiten.
 * Implementaties, updates & wijzigingen
 * Ondersteunen bij software-updates, releases, nieuwe modules en (data)migraties. Afstemmen met technisch beheer en externe leveranciers waar nodig.
 * Documentatie & kennisoverdracht
 * Opstellen en bijhouden van functionele documentatie, werkinstructies en het verzorgen van korte trainingen of kennissessies voor gebruikers.
