We are looking for a Change Associate to join our growing Change Function., * A recent graduate (or final year student) in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field or 1-2 years' experience in project coordination or a similar change role * A strong interest in organisational change, transformation, and people focused initiatives * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting and engaging with a variety of audiences * An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail * The ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic environment * Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ## Description As a Change Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of change management interventions across a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, gain exposure to different areas of the business, and learn from a variety of stakeholders and highly experienced change professionals. Reporting to the Programme & Change Principal, you will support the successful delivery of change initiatives aligned to Royal Mail Group's transformation agenda.
