* IT Support - Act as the first point of contact for technical queries across offices
 * Hardware & Software Setup - Configure laptops, devices, and user environments
 * Account Management - Assist with user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory tasks
 * Cloud Services - Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud platforms
 * Infrastructure Support - Learn to support VPNs, WiFi, firewalls, and endpoint security
 * Vendor Coordination - Work with external partners to resolve technical issues
 * Documentation - Maintain accurate IT procedures and knowledge articles
