 * Verständnis für Hochverfügbarkeit, Replikation, Backup-/Recovery-Konzepte und Disaster Recovery
 * Erfahrung in Automatisierung, z. B. mit Ansible, Python, Bash oder vergleichbaren Tools
 * Kenntnisse in ergänzenden Storage-Technologien wie Ceph, S3-kompatiblem Object Storage oder ZFS-basierten Plattformen sind von Vorteil

## Description

* Planung, Design und Weiterentwicklung unserer Enterprise-Storage-Infrastruktur (inkl. technischer Konzepte, Architekturentscheidungen und Betriebsstandards) sowie Betrieb, Engineering und Lifecycle-Management unserer NetApp-Umgebungen
 * Analyse und Optimierung von Performance, Kapazität, Verfügbarkeit und Datensicherheit
 * Durchführung von Migrationen, Upgrades und Storage-nahen Infrastrukturprojekten
 * Unterstützung bei komplexen Incidents, Root-Cause-Analysen und Problem Management
 * Standardisierung und Automatisierung wiederkehrender Betriebsabläufe sowie Weiterentwicklung von Monitoring-, Alerting- und Observability-Konzepten
 * Bewertung bestehender Storage-Workloads und Evaluierung ergänzender oder ersetzender Storage-Technologien (z. B. Ceph, S3-kompatibler Object Storage, ZFS oder verteilte Dateisysteme)
