As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom. ## Description We're seeking a proactive and passionate Scrum Master to play a key role in driving organisational agility. Joining a growing community of Scrum Masters, you'll help shape the future of how we deliver value, collaborate effectively and continuously improve across AXA. Your work will directly influence how teams adapt to working within a modern product environment, establishing strong agile foundations, enhancing delivery practices and helping product squads operate with clarity, purpose, and momentum., * Build and develop a new Scrum team, establishing Agile frameworks while working within a predominantly waterfall environment. * Support and coach an existing team in adopting agile practices, gradually enhancing their ways of working. * Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives and ensure consistent delivery of value by achieving sprint goals and contributing to the product roadmap * Remove impediments that hinder team progress, escalating issues where necessary. * Build trust and influence team members and stakeholders to embrace agile ways of working. * Monitor and review sprint metrics, velocity, and impediment logs to identify improvement opportunities. * Provide coaching to help the team embody an Agile mindset and showcase their work and performance * Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage backlogs and align delivery priorities whilst promoting transparency, collaboration, and high morale within squads to foster a positive Agile culture. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future.
