If you enjoy working with data, spotting trends, and helping shape service improvements through insight, we'd love to hear from you., As a Data & Reporting Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping and developing Progress Lifeline's reporting and analytics function. You'll work closely with colleagues across the service to provide accurate analysis and insight that supports informed decision-making. You'll be responsible for improving reporting capabilities across operational and business functions, ensuring data integrity and producing clear, meaningful insights that support service improvements and compliance requirements. Day to day, you'll analyse complex datasets, create and manage reporting processes, and work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver effective solutions. The role also involves contributing to wider data strategy, supporting customer insight activity, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiency.
