You'll lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects for customers across the UK and international markets, helping organisations successfully onboard and adopt our solutions. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you'll manage multiple projects simultaneously while working closely with customers, internal teams, and technical stakeholders. From discovery workshops and project planning through to system configuration, testing, training, and go-live, you'll play a key role in delivering a world-class customer implementation experience.
