## About the Role

* CIPS Membership (preferred).
 * Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Maximo, Ariba).
 * Good understanding of Procurement and R2P processes.
 * Strong analytical, reporting, and data management capabilities.
 * Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

## Description

You will provide guidance across Supply Chain policies, processes, compliance, and systems, ensuring effective use of tools while identifying continuous improvement opportunities., * Provide guidance to Supply Chain teams on policies, processes, compliance, and systems.

 * Ensure effective and compliant use of SAP, Maximo, Ariba and associated tools.
 * Monitor and report on key metrics, identifying areas for improvement across R2P and electronic invoicing.
 * Support Contracting and Procurement teams with Outline Agreement (OLA) creation, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
 * Work closely with Finance and Accounts Payable to support reporting, invoicing compliance, and exception management.
 * Lead supplier enablement for electronic invoicing and provide ongoing vendor support.
 * Maintain Supply Chain documentation, policies, procedures, and training materials.
 * Manage Supply Chain master data and support accurate reporting and dashboards.
 * Provide data analysis and insights to support both operational and strategic supply chain decisions.
 * Support business improvement initiatives, projects, and system enhancements.
