The IT Systems Event Manager is a critical member of the USCENTCOM Joint Cyberspace Communications Center (JCCC) and serves as the focal point for monitoring and managing events (detectable or discernible) which are significant to the management of the IT Infrastructure or the delivery of IT services that occur within USCENTCOM Enterprise. This Event Management provides 24x7x365 monitoring, management and status reporting of USCENTCOM-managed networks and services. Serves as a single point of contact for communications and information gathering for all network service issues and outages, provides pertinent information on critical updates, maintains detailed reports, and keeps key stakeholders informed. Operate a server maintenance program that provides systems administration, operations and maintenance, and support for all USCENTCOM networks (U.S., allied, and coalition, and of several classification levels), to include servers (physical and virtual), Storage Area Networks (SAN), software applications, firmware, and network security.
