You support and evolve CI/CD pipelines and SDLC tooling, promote automation and best practices, and help delivery teams adopt DevOps in a pragmatic and scalable way. You work transversally across multiple delivery teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle across the organisation., * You hold a minimum (professional) Bachelor in Applied Computer Sciences or have equivalent experience. * You have several years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or software delivery tooling. * You have experience working in a multi-team or enterprise environment, which is considered a plus You also possess these technical skills: * You have experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation concepts. * You have hands-on experience with at least one CI/CD platform such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. * You have a good understanding of Git and branching strategies. * You have a good understanding of build and deployment automation. * You have experience integrating testing and quality checks into CI/CD pipelines. * You have scripting experience using Bash, PowerShell, and/or Python, which is considered an asset. * You are familiar with SDLC tooling such as repositories, testing tools, and code quality tools, which is considered a plus. And these soft skills: * You are pragmatic, hands-on, and solution-oriented. * You communicate clearly and are willing to support others. * You are comfortable working in a transversal, enabling role. * You have a continuous improvement mindset.
