* 5+ years of experience in Data Warehouse Modeling
 * 3+ years of experience with IBM DataStage
 * Strong SQL development and database expertise
 * Experience planning, designing, and building enterprise data warehouse solutions
 * Experience with ETL development and data integration processes
 * Understanding of data warehouse architecture, methodologies, and best practices
 * Experience working in project-driven environments
 * Dutch language proficiency at CEFR C2 level

Preferred

 * Experience with Cognos Analytics Framework Manager
 * Experience with Unix scripting
 * Ability to perform technical analysis from functional specifications
 * Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, processes, and architectures
 * Experience with BI reporting and analytics platforms
 * Knowledge of metadata management and database technologies

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Warehouse ETL Developer to join a large public-sector HR technology and data team in Belgium. In this role, you will contribute to major data modernization and standardization initiatives, delivering high-quality ETL solutions and supporting enterprise data warehouse development.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of data warehouse assignments, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient data solutions., * Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and database solutions

 * Execute data warehouse development activities across multiple projects
 * Perform technical analysis based on functional requirements
 * Support the implementation of new developments and enhancements
 * Manage assigned projects and deliverables from analysis through deployment
