In this role, you will combine leadership and change management with operational involvement and technical expertise. You will join a compact and dedicated team of 6 experienced Service Desk Officers who are responsible for the quality, continuity, and user experience of digital services in an accessible and customer-oriented manner. As part of your leadership and coaching responsibilities, you will tackle specific challenges related to support methods, adherence to procedures, enhancing team spirit and accountability, and strengthening team collaboration and impact. Proven experience in these areas is expected, as we aim to cultivate a new DNA and culture within the team. In terms of operational involvement, you will work closely with your team, understand the realities of support, and take responsibility when necessary. Through a coaching and connecting role, you will ensure smooth operations and a strong user experience that resonates. Every day, you will support over 1,400 colleagues and partners to ensure efficient, safe, and effective operations. From hardware and software installation to rights management, and from creating manuals to analyzing and solving structural issues, you will provide first and second line support for digital assistance., * Experience in leading or participating in IT support improvement projects. * Ability to make decisive choices, even in ambiguous or challenging situations, while remaining agile and solution-oriented in a complex environment. * Constructively assertive, willing to engage in difficult conversations while providing space and trust. * Ability to simplify complex digital issues for users and colleagues, communicating effectively in fluent Dutch. * Staying updated on industry trends and bringing innovation to the team. * Maintaining an overview and prioritizing tasks thanks to a helicopter view and analytical mindset.
