Acting as the right hand to the Hiring Manager, you translate complex procurement data into clear KPI insights that steer a geographically distributed team. The role focuses on strengthening daily performance management and improving KPI tracking following a recent organizational change. You will operate in a highly visible position with broad exposure across global sourcing activities (products and services), supporting continuous improvement and helping the team achieve its performance targets.
