## Description

This is a central, data-driven role within the global Market Procurement team at Philips, where you are responsible for enabling performance visibility and fact-based decision making. Acting as the right hand to the Hiring Manager, you translate complex procurement data into clear KPI insights that steer a geographically distributed team. The role focuses on strengthening daily performance management and improving KPI tracking following a recent organizational change. You will operate in a highly visible position with broad exposure across global sourcing activities (products and services), supporting continuous improvement and helping the team achieve its performance targets.

Your role:

 * Own and continuously improve the Procurement KPI framework, including metric definitions, data sources, and reporting standards
 * Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and structured performance reporting cycles (monthly/quarterly reviews)
 * Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of procurement data and act as a "single source of truth" for performance insights
 * Monitor performance against targets, track daily operations vs. KPIs, and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities
 * Lead performance deep dives and root cause analyses to enable fact-based decision making and corrective actions
 * Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations, supporting the team in achieving procurement objectives
 * Support the setup and continuous improvement of structured daily performance management following the recent reorganization
 * Consolidate performance insights across regions, categories, and markets within a globally distributed team
 * Partner closely with the Hiring Manager and act as a trusted advisor on performance topics and KPI interpretation
 * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Category Management, Procurement Engineering) to align on targets and improvements
 * Support improvement programs (e.g., cost savings governance, process compliance) and track milestones, risks, and benefits
 * Identify inefficiencies in KPI governance and reporting processes, and drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
