## About the Role

Do you have experience in SAP ERP?, * Previous administrative or clerical experience

 * Knowledge of accounting or reconciliation processes
 * Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
 * Strong organizational and communication skills
 * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
 * High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

 * SAP experience
 * Experience with cash handling or settlement processing
 * Knowledge of grocery, vending, or distribution operations, * SAP: 1 year (Required)
 * admin or clerical : 1 year (Required)
 * handling cash reconciliation, or accounts Receivable: 1 year (Required)
 * logistics, warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environ: 1 year (Required)

## Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support cashiering, settlement processing, accounts receivable activities, reporting, and compliance functions within a fast-paced operational environment. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and SAP or similar systems., * Process delivery route cash and check transactions against settlement receipts

 * Record financial transactions into SAP
 * Prepare daily bank deposits for vending and delivery operations
 * Audit daily delivery documents for compliance and accuracy
 * Track and resolve route variances and discrepancies
 * Support reporting, reconciliations, and period-end activities
 * Coordinate office and operational supply replenishment
 * Perform customer payment tracking and reconciliations
 * Communicate with supervisors and finance teams regarding discrepancies and compliance issues
