Experience with SQL, Python, R, and other data analysis tools. * Experience with or knowledge of health care data, related data technologies and data consumption platforms Core Competencies * Systems thinking and strategic judgment * Problem solving and collaboration * Learning orientation and adaptability * Clear communication and synthesis ## Description The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day tracking, coordination, and delivery of projects, programs and initiatives. This position will lead cross-functional teams delivering high-quality analytics and research products focusing on removing roadblocks, facilitating ceremonies, and managing scope. Working alongside the Analytics and Data Insights team, this position works closely with partners across the organization on analytics, research, and the CareQuest Institute Health Data Exchange., * Develop, assist in the development, and analyze project plans, timelines, and project related work to identify efficiencies and meet project milestones and deliverables. * Promotes and implements process improvement between functional areas across the organization (IT, Operations, etc.) within the team to identify areas of opportunity for improved efficiency, effectiveness, and enhanced outcomes. * Identify, track, and address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner. * Coordinate with various team members to monitor and maintain workforce capacity vs. new and existing demand of projects and initiatives. * Use and maintain the demand and project management planning software such as Jira, Smartsheet, etc. and summarize overall status and demand vs. capacity for management reporting.
