Experience must be specifically with multitenant RAC databases configured with DataGaurd.NOTE: Engineered systems and cloud environments do not count for this qualification. * 7 years of experience troubleshooting Oracle 12c or higher critical issues such as server and database crashes, failed disks, etc. Experience must include working with Oracle Support Services. * 3 years of experience installing, configuring, patching, upgrading, and maintaining Oracle Database Appliance. Experience must be specifically with High Availability (HA) models configured with version 12c or higher RAC databases. * 7 years of experience troubleshooting Oracle 12c or higher database performance and other related issues; specifically by working with other teams to identify if the issue is at the storage, network, database, or application tier. * 7 years of experience using Data Pump Export/Import -and- RMAN for backup and recovery of Oracle 12c or higher databases.
