What would be nice for you to have: + Bachelor's degree preferred. + Foundation certification in ITSM frameworks + Applicable industry standard certifications. + Developing professional expertise. Works on non-complex to moderately complex projects. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices. + Good knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts and principles. + General communication and customer interaction skills + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Basic knowledge of products offered by JH. + Able to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems in a timely manner. ## Description This position will sit in our Branson, MO Jack Henry location. Working hours will flexibly be 8:00AM to 5:00PM. On-call or after hours duties may be required. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.
