This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, solving complex networking challenges, and supporting production environments post-implementation. You'll play a key role in day 2 operations, ensuring performance, stability, and continuous improvement across multiple customer networks. What You'll Be Doing * Provide operational (day 2) network support across multiple client environments * Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to routing, switching, and security * Support and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure * Monitor network performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities * Collaborate with internal teams and clients on incident resolution and ongoing improvements * Assist with post-implementation support following network deployments We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
