 * Discipline for maintaining the lab; promptness with addressing problems
 * Ability and willingness to learn new lab techniques, adhere to all safety guidelines, and pick up/move up 25lbs.
 * Perform duties with high safety and quality standards.
 * Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office with proficiency in Word, Excel.
 * Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work in teams and collaborate with external partners
 * Strong communication skills and a good team player.

## Description

Description : We are seeking a motivated candidate who can support the laboratory areas for our solution preparation team. The position will provide an opportunity for learning and development in a professional lab setting, contributing to development and commercialization of life-saving therapeutics. The primary responsibility for this position will be the support of the solutions prep team., * Completes routine laboratory procedures of preparing various mammalian cell culture media and purification buffers following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs).

 * Participate and closely work with process development scientists to develop and/or improve hydration procedures for complex cell culture media.
 * Report results and maintains records utilizing electronic laboratory notebook (ELN).
 * Routine maintenance of lab equipment. Calibrate balances and pH meters as needed.
 * Track and document chemicals/media usage and inventory.
 * Employs good housekeeping and maintains clean room to prevent contamination and integrity of production.
