## About the Role

+ Je beschikt over hbo werk- en denkniveau;
 + Je hebt 1,5 tot 3 jaar ervaring als functioneel beheerder of in een vergelijkbare functie;
 + Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen, denk aan AFAS, Exact, Dynamics, SAP of vergelijkbaar;
 + Je communiceert gemakkelijk met verschillende stakeholders;
 + Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift.

## Description

In deze rol fungeer je als hét aanspreekpunt voor collega's bij vragen over de applicaties. Je verdeelt je werk tussen het kantoor in Utrecht en hun kantoor in Leusden. Je lost incidenten op, verwerkt wijzigingsverzoeken en test nieuwe releases. Ook beheer je gebruikersrechten en draag je zorg voor toegankelijke documentatie. Je schrijft handleidingen, verzorgt trainingen en ondersteunt eindgebruikers bij de optimale inzet van hun systemen.
Je zorgt ervoor dat de applicaties niet alleen stabiel draaien, maar ook daadwerkelijk bijdragen aan het efficiënter werken van de hele organisatie.
