## About the Role

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * You have experience with data analysis in a large organization, preferably in the financial sector.

Your skills and experience:

 * A Master's degree in analytics, mathematics, or econometrics.

 * 2 - 5 years of experience in analytics.

 * Proven experience with SQL (SAS and/or Python are a plus)

 * Experience with visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Cognos, Power BI).

 * Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting complex analyses.

 * Ability to transform data into insights and present them in a clear and understandable way.

 * A hands-on mentality; you learn quickly and apply new techniques with ease.

 * Customer-oriented mindset.

 * Strong stakeholder management skills, working effectively with data specialists, marketers, or risk colleagues.

 * You actively seek feedback and are comfortable giving it.

 * Experience with agile ways of working is a plus.

## Description

We're looking for a passionate data analyst to strengthen our team. You'll analyze customer behavior and translate it into actionable insights, improvement proposals, and campaign selections.

As a Data Analyst:

 * You create impactful customer interactions by designing targeted campaign selections that match customer needs.

 * You have a broad interest in data-from collecting and analyzing to experimenting and visualizing.
