## About the Role

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

 * Several years of experience in configuration management, PLM, or engineering change management within the aerospace industry
 * Strong understanding of regulated development environments and EASA/DOA requirements
 * Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter and ideally SAP ERP
 * Good knowledge of IT service and process frameworks, especially ITIL
 * Experience leading or coordinating small technical teams
 * Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with strong process understanding
 * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in international teams
 * English C1, Please be advised that a valid work permit for Germany is required for non-EU citizens. Unfortunately, applications without a valid work permit and sufficient German language skills may not be considered.

## Description

* Manage and further develop configuration and change management processes within an aerospace engineering environment
 * Ensure accurate, traceable, and compliant handling of technical design and product data
 * Maintain and optimize configuration data structures and workflows within the PLM landscape
 * Support and advise internal teams in the use of Siemens Teamcenter and related configuration processes
 * Coordinate and control engineering changes while assessing their impact on projects and operations
 * Develop, implement, and maintain configuration management guidelines, procedures, and standards
 * Lead and coordinate a small configuration management team
 * Support internal and external audits within a regulated aviation environment
 * Organize change control activities and coordinate technical data exchange with suppliers and partners
