## Description

* Pflege, Priorisierung und Weiterentwicklung des Produkt-Backlogs unserer App und digitalen Angebote
 * Koordination und Abstimmung von Anforderungen aus verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen
 * Organisation und Durchführung von App-Tests sowie internen Testprozessen
 * Schnittstelle zwischen Produkt, Entwicklung, Operations, Support und externen Partnern
 * Unterstützung bei technischen Anfragen rund um App und digitale Systeme
 * Testen, Bewerten und Steuern externer KI-Lösungen und KI-gestützter Workflows (z. B. Audio, Video, TTS, Übersetzungen)
 * Weiterentwicklung interner digitaler Prozesse, Dokumentationen und Wissensstrukturen
 * Verantwortung für operative Themen rund um digitale Tools, Google Workspace und interne Abläufe
 * Projektsteuerung und Dokumentation in Tools wie Asana, Airtable, Monday oder Confluence
