* Administration aller technischen Systeme (Server, Clients, Firewall, Anwendungen, etc.)
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen und Fehlern aller technischen Systeme (First-, Second- und Third-Level-Support)
 * Planung und Überwachung von Backup und Antivirus
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der internen IT-Infrastruktur sowie der zentralen IT-Komponenten (inkl. Planung von IT-Projekten)
 * Vernetzung und Verwaltung des Außenstandortes
 * Verwaltung Telekommunikation und Mobilfunk
 * Verwaltung der Zutrittskontrolle
 * Unterstützung von Benutzern bei IT-Anfragen und -Problemen
 * Dokumentation von IT-Infrastrukturen und -Prozessen
