 * Du hältst und baust Code-Qualität aktiv aus: durchdachte Architektur, sinnvolles Refactoring, klare Schnittstellen und eine solide Testabdeckung
 * Du integrierst und weiterentwickelst AI-Funktionalität - LLM-APIs, Embeddings und Pipelines - sauber und nachhaltig in bestehende Anwendungen
 * Du setzt moderne AI-Coding-Tools gezielt im Entwicklungsalltag ein
 * Du wirkst aktiv an technischen Entscheidungen, Code-Reviews und Feature-Konzeption mit
 * Du behältst Performance, Korrektheit und Zuverlässigkeit kontinuierlich im Blick und handelst proaktiv
