## About the Role

Do you have experience in Visio?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Required:

 * 10+ years of experience with Payroll applications

 * Strong IT background with a good understanding of product architecture, governance, security, application design and maintenance

 * Ability to create comprehensive system blueprints and diagrams to visualize the ecosystem of solutions

 * Ability to select appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks to support the desired functionalities and scalability of the system

 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present technical proposals and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner

 * High level of attention to detail

 * Ability to manage ambiguity

 * Strong time management skills

 * Skilled in MS Office tools - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio

 * Fluency in English and Spanish

Preferred:

 * Understanding of Payroll operations

 * Experience with one of more of the following payroll solutions - Strada, Ceridian, RAMCO, iiPay, PeopleStrong

 * Manufacturing industry experience

 * Exhibit high levels of energy, agility and adaptability

 * Ability to work on global teams with cross cultural awareness and sensitivity

Qualifications:

 * Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

## Description

* Work closely with and act as thought partner to business product owners, regional IT application owners, architects on payroll roadmaps and solutions

 * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of payroll ecosystem

 * Guide the development and maintenance of new integrations or existing integrations

 * Engage with vendors on product issues and solutions as needed

 * Have the presence to influence work outputs of others without formal reporting relationships

 * Collaborate with other product teams on end-to-end impact of features

 * Engage in troubleshooting and issue resolution as needed

 * Utilize payroll domain knowledge to guide enhancements and efficiency improvements

 * Provide valuable insights to inform payroll solutioning decisions
