## About the Role

* Strong presentation and deck design skills in PowerPoint
 * Proficiency in Webflow, including building and updating pages and landing pages
 * Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma
 * Experience with or a strong interest in AI design tools such as Claude Design, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar
 * The ability to produce clear, well-designed data visualisations, technical graphics, and infographics
 * Experience in or genuine interest in the energy, technology, or infrastructure sectors is a strong advantage
 * A portfolio demonstrating craft, range, and the ability to communicate complex ideas visually

Beneficial but not required:

 * Animation experience, including Webflow interactions, After Effects, Lottie, or Rive
 * Experience producing short-form motion graphics for social channels
