## Description

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur technique, vous aurez les missions suivantes :

 * Effectuer le diagnostic des problématiques clients
 * Assurer l'installation, le dépannage et l'entretien périodique des multifonctions
 * Assurer la connexion du matériel dans l'environnement réseau du client
 * Déployer et configurer le matériel chez le client
 * Effectuer des interventions terrain et hotline
 * Accompagner, conseiller et former les utilisateurs
 * Rédiger les rapports d'intervention
 * Suivre les retours techniques
 * Gestion de son stock Véhicule
