## Description

Diagnostic et résolution : Identifier les dysfonctionnements (poste de travail, périphériques, applications) et appliquer les solutions adaptées en respectant les procédures.

Installation et configuration : Déployer, installer et configurer les équipements informatiques (PC, mobiles, imprimantes, visio, téléphonie fixe) ainsi que les logiciels nécessaires.

Maintenance et suivi : Effectuer la maintenance préventive et corrective du parc informatique (DELL), veiller aux mises à jour et à la sécurité des systèmes.

Accueil Kiosque

Accueil et support utilisateurs : Assurer la réception des demandes au kiosque IT et fournir un support de proximité pour les incidents matériels et logiciels.

Gestion des demandes : Créer et suivre les tickets dans l?outil ITSM (EasyVista), assurer la traçabilité des interventions et le respect des délais.

Sensibiliser et former les utilisateurs aux bonnes pratiques (Microsoft 365, mobilité, sécurité).

Renouvellement de poste de travail : Préparer et remplacer les matériels (PC, smartphones), gérer les prêts et restitutions au kiosque.
