You'll also need to be someone who can win work, lead bids, build lasting client relationships and bring a team with you under pressure. SC or DV clearance is required., · Proven experience delivering major programmes or transformation in a management consulting or professional services firm at senior level. · Strong knowledge of the UK Defence sector, its organisation, and the digital procurement landscape. · Solid understanding of key digital themes relevant to defence, including Cyber, AI, Cloud, data and analytics. · Demonstrated ability to lead bids, proposals and pursuits to win new business. · Experience generating new business through networking, pursuits and alliance development. · Ability to lead and inspire teams effectively in complex, high-pressure environments. · Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of a client organisation. The work spans digital delivery, operating model design, PMO setup, programme governance, capability development and more, so no two days look the same.
