## About the Role

* A level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma; or
 * A level of secondary education giving access to post-secondary education, combined with at least three years of relevant professional experience.

Experience

 * Up to 6 years of relevant full-time professional experience;
 * Experience working in a regulatory or procedural environment governed by SOPs, work instructions and established processes;
 * Experience with database management, reporting and administrative processes;
 * Experience in stakeholder management;
 * Experience within the public sector, regulatory sector or similar environment.

Skills & Knowledge

 * Strong administrative and organisational skills;
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
 * Strong planning and time management abilities;
 * Ability to follow detailed procedures and processes;
 * Tact and discretion when handling confidential information;
 * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other commonly used IT applications and collaboration tools.

## Description

For the European Medicines Agency (EMA), we are looking for a Scientific Support Assistant to support product-related procedures within the Human Medicines Division!
What are you going to do?

In this role, you will play an important part in supporting the smooth execution of regulatory procedures and ensuring that documentation, records and stakeholder communication are handled accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:

 * Assisting with the preparation, formatting, publication and filing of regulatory documents;
 * Managing the translation process of Opinion annexes;
 * Preparing and updating EPARs (European Public Assessment Reports);
 * Maintaining product-related records, files and database entries;
 * Supporting scientific, regulatory and procedural meetings;
 * Managing procedural correspondence, tracking lists and documentation;
 * Acting as a contact point for internal and external stakeholders;
 * Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, templates and procedures.
