## Description

Dans le cadre du renforcement de son équipe Infrastructure & Cloud, notre client recherche un Ingénieur Support Poste de Travail N2/N3 afin d?intervenir sur un environnement Modern Workplace orienté Microsoft.

Le consultant prendra en charge les incidents complexes escaladés par le support N1 autour des environnements Windows 11, macOS, Intune, SCCM/MECM et Autopilot., ? Support N2/N3 sur les postes de travail
? Gestion des incidents complexes Workplace
? Administration Intune / SCCM-MECM / Autopilot
? Gestion des déploiements et configurations postes
? Support sur Windows 11 & macOS
? Participation à l?amélioration continue de l?environnement Workplace
? Documentation et reporting des incidents récurrents
