Nous recherchons une personne, motivée, ponctuelle, ayant une expérience significative sur un poste similaire (minimum 5 ans). Rattaché(e) au Responsable Technique, vous rendrez compte de votre activité., De formation BAC PRO à BAC+2 en informatique, vous êtes récemment diplômé ou disposez d'une première expérience significative.

 * Maîtrise des systèmes Windows XP, VISTA, 7, 8 et 10 (maîtrise Mac Os, Windows Serveur et Linux) indispensable
 * Maîtrise logiciels de Gestion Commerciale 3 Gestion Bâtiment EBP indispensable
 * Autonomie pour installation, réinstallation, maintenance sur les OS
 * Configurer tout type de boîtes mails, box internet, imprimantes, ....
 * Rigoureux, organisé et autonome
 * Ponctuel et patient
 * Pédagogue
 * Aisance relationnelle et téléphonique

## Description

Après une période de formation et d'intégration, vous prendrez en charge les tâches suivantes :

 * Préparation, installation, livraison et déploiement de solutions matériels et logiciels
 * Support technique :

 - Prise en charge 3 gestion des problématiques clients (appels entrants assistance)

 - Accompagnement, formation et assistance clients

 - Maintenance de parc informatique (PC fixes, portables, PC 3 MAC)

 - Suivi clients et assurer des visites préventives techniques sur site
 * Veille technologique
 * Application des procédures internes Evogest
 * Reporting hebdomadaire via nos outils de gestion
