## Description

* Verantwortung für die digitale Unternehmenskommunikation mit Schwerpunkt auf multikanalen Inhalten (Text, Bild, Video, Audio)
 * Themenplanung, Recherche und Erstellung zielgruppengerechter Inhalte für Website, Intranet, Social Media, Presseinformationen und interne Medien
 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsstrategien, digitalen Formaten und Trendformaten inklusive Bewertung von Kosten-Nutzen-Aspekten
 * Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Workflows mit Künstlicher Intelligenz sowie Nutzung von Studio- und Produktionstechnik für Bewegtbild- und Audioformate
 * KPI- und datenorientierte Steuerung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen inklusive Monitoring, Analyse, Reporting und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
 * Beratung von Fachbereichen und Führungskräften zu Kommunikationsstrategien, Botschaften, Kanalauswahl und Formatentwicklung
