## Description

* Bearbeitung von IT-Supportanfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen, Hardware und Peripheriegeräten beim Kunden
 * Analyse und Lösung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen vor Ort
 * Unterstützung bei Rollouts, Updates und IT-Projekten
 * Dokumentation von Supportfällen, Lösungen und Prozessen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Service Desk, 2nd-Level-Support und internen Teams
 * Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch professionellen Onsite-Support
