## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurs- oder Naturwissenschaften z.B. Maschinenbau, Schiffbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
 * Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich des Systems Engineering
 * Idealerweise zertifizierung nach Certified Systems Engineer (GfSE) Level C
 * Interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie eine hohe Affinität für IT

## Description

* Unterstützen bei der Befähigung von Mitarbeitern in sämtlichen Organisationseinheiten mit Bezug auf die 30 Prozesse des Systems Engineering nach ISO 15288 z.b.: in den folgenden Bereichen:
 + Anforderungs- Konfigurationsmanagement
 + Risiko- und Chancenmanagement
 + Abschätzung technischer Aufwände
 + Architekturdesign / -entwicklung
 + Verifikation sowie Validierung
 * Prozesstailoring für die gezielte Auftragsabwicklung anhand eines internen Business Prozess Modells
 * Unterstützung bzw. Befähigung bei der Anwendung von Systems Engineering Tools (z.B. JAZZ, TC, SAP, o.ä.)
 * Fachbezogene Ingenieuraktivitäten nach INCOSE Handbuch (z.B. Logistik, Instandhaltung, Wartung, Verträglichkeit, Umwelt, etc.)
 * Ausarbeiten von Schulungskonzepten sowie Unterlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit der verantwortlichen Liniengruppen
 * Unterstützung und Beratung bei der Ausarbeitung von Liefergegenständen nach internem Business Prozess Modell
