## About the Role

Je hebt inmiddels de nodige ervaring opgedaan binnen IT-support of werkplekbeheer. Tickets oplossen gaat je goed af, gebruikers weten je te vinden en je merkt dat je steeds vaker geïnteresseerd bent in wat er achter de schermen gebeurt.
Misschien heb je al ervaring met Microsoft 365, Active Directory of Intune. Misschien ben je juist degene die binnen het team regelmatig wordt betrokken bij de wat complexere meldingen. Hoe dan ook: je bent toe aan een volgende stap.

+ Een afgeronde mbo-4 of hbo-opleiding richting IT
 + Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen IT-support, werkplekbeheer of systeembeheer
 + Ervaring met Microsoft-omgevingen
 + Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werkzaamheden
 + Je bent communicatief vaardig en schakelt makkelijk met gebruikers en collega's
 + Je wilt jezelf blijven ontwikkelen binnen IT
