## Description

*IT Support Technician - Mobile Device Migration * *Overview* We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused *IT Support Technician* to support a large-scale *mobile device migration project*. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who enjoys hands-on technical work and delivering excellent end-user experiences.
You will assist employees across multiple business units in transitioning from legacy mobile devices to new ones, ensuring a smooth and efficient migration process.
*Key Responsibilities*

 * Provide hands-on support for *mobile device migrations* (primarily Android-to-Android, with some iOS support)
 * Assist end users in transferring:
 * Contacts
 * Applications
 * Photos
 * Files and folders

 * Troubleshoot and resolve device setup and migration issues in real time
 * Support devices within a *Microsoft Intune (MDM-managed) environment*
 * *Deliver exceptional customer service* to users with varying levels of technical experience
 * Manage and document support requests using a *ticketing system (Track-It)*
 * *Partner with various internal departments to support device rollout efforts*
 * *Ensure a positive and seamless end-user experience throughout the migration process*
