## About the Role

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical role using business intelligence tools, or significant HCM experience
 * Experience with Workday, Tableau, and Python or SQL required; experience with Databricks strongly preferred
 * Strong knowledge of HR metrics and experience in data analysis and reporting
 * Excellent analytical abilities, advanced problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of system interfaces
 * Experience gathering and presenting data and predictive analytics
 * Working knowledge of payroll data preferred

## Description

* Resolve Workday reporting issues and design change requests to drive continuous improvement, while collaborating with key stakeholders to address root causes and identify opportunities
 * Partner with compliance teams on annual state and federal reporting, ensuring alignment with data privacy and compliance regulations
 * Develop and implement data collection strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality, and create high-caliber data visualizations and reports for HR leadership and business stakeholders
 * Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor and analyze operational results, using predictive modeling to assist in HR strategy creation and implementation
 * Maintain strong partnerships with Labor Management and Payroll teams, and provide a structured approach to analytical storytelling that drives meaningful organizational transformation
