Summary of Physical Requirements and Work Environment: This role is primarily sedentary and performed in an office or office-like environment with no special physical demands required. The position involves extended periods of sitting with intermittent standing and walking, as well as occasional bending, reaching, and other routine movements typical of a professional workplace. Occasional light lifting (generally up to 10 lbs., and infrequently up to 30 lbs.) may be required. ## Description NYRA is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Information Technology (P3), reporting to the Senior Director, EPMO, responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering medium to large scale technology initiatives supporting NYRA Bets digital platforms and enterprise technology objectives. This role is responsible for driving projects from initiation through implementation by applying structured project management practices while partnering closely with Agile engineering and product teams. The Project Manager operates as an experienced individual contributor, independently managing delivery activities across multiple teams and stakeholders. The role requires strong execution discipline, effective cross functional coordination, and the ability to manage risk, dependencies, and delivery commitments in a regulated environment.
