This role is responsible for defining and executing market development strategies that expand pipeline, improve win rates, and drive revenue within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. As a senior, customer-facing leader, you will act as a business catalyst-connecting Industry, Brands, GEOs, and Clients from opportunity identification through deal signature. You will lead complex, high-value engagements, influence executive stakeholders, and position differentiated solutions across Lab, Material Science, Formulation, and Modeling & Simulation domains in Food, Cosmetics, Laundry, and Packaging markets. In close partnership with Industry Business Value Consultants, you will co-create compelling value narratives aligned to clients' most critical business outcomes, ensuring every engagement delivers measurable impact. The scope of this recruitment is to focus on pursuit of end2end transformation at major WW CPG companies to elevate our value creation for them but also drive more revenues streams for DS.
