 * On-site, Du unterstützt Stadtwerke und Energieversorger bei der fachlichen Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Marktkommunikation innerhalb unserer ERP-Abrechnungslösung ENER:GY. Dein Fokus liegt auf regulatorisch sauberen Marktprozessen, stabilen Abläufen und einer sicheren Umsetzung im Tagesgeschäft:
 * Du berätst Kunden fachlich zur Marktkommunikation mit Wilken ENER:GY im operativen Tagesgeschäft.
 * Du analysierst, konzipierst und optimierst Marktprozesse wie GPKE, GeLi Gas, WiM oder MPES.
 * Du setzt fachliche Anforderungen im System um (Customizing, Automatisierung, Prozessabbildung).
 * Du begleitest regulatorische Änderungen und unterstützt bei der Einführung neuer Marktprozesse.
 * Du planst und moderierst Workshops sowie fachliche Abstimmungen mit Kunden und internen Teams.
