## About the Role

You don't need 10 years of AI/RPA experience. Instead, you must show a proven track record over the last 2 years of genuinely transforming a business through AI tools, blended with a core BA/PM skillset., * AI Champion: Deep understanding of current AI capabilities, large language models, or machine learning applications.

 * Tech BA/PM Background: A strong pedigree in Change management, system design, and technical business analysis.
 * Data Literacy: Ability to work with complex, unstructured, and fragmented data architectures.
 * Regulated Environment: Financial services experience would be beneficial, however the client is open to candidates who have the core AI/Change background within a highly complex and regulated industry.

## Description

* Identify & Design: Audit the compliance, assurance, and surveillance functions to map out 20+ tangible AI opportunities.
 * Rapid Prototyping: Build rough, functional POCs of AI tools to prove value to stakeholders before full scale development.
 * Bridge the Gap: Translate compliance issues into technical specs. Challenge requirements so the central AI team builds exactly what is needed.
 * Handover & Delivery: Manage the clean transition of successful POCs to the central AI team for final production and deployment.
