 * besitzt idealerweise eine Zertifizierung wie CCNA/CCNP oder LPI
 * sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch

## Description

 * planst, testest und implementierst kundenspezifische IT-Lösungen sowie innovative Kommunikationskonzepte
 * unterstützt interne und externe Kunden durch Consulting, Training und 24/7 Remote Support, inklusive Rufbereitschaft und Schichtbetrieb
 * analysierst Support-Prozesse, optimierst die Produktivität und entwickelst Service-Teilprozesse kontinuierlich weiter
