## Description

Als E-mail \& Automation Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige automation-poot binnen de discipline Data \& Activatie. Je bouwt lifecycle journeys van welcome tot reactivatie, trigger-based en gedragsgestuurd. Je werkt hands-on in Deployteq, Klaviyo of HubSpot, afhankelijk van de klant. Het data-team levert de segmenten en RFM-inzichten; jij zorgt dat die landen als relevante communicatie op het juiste moment. Je zet A/B-testen op, trekt conclusies en verbetert iteratief. En je geeft workshops aan klanten over contactstrategie en personalisatie.
