This role translates customer behavior, business needs, and performance data into actionable recommendations while actively supporting delivery of initiatives, vendor evaluations, and digital roadmap execution. This position serves as the critical connector between business strategy, user experience, and technology delivery, ensuring digital solutions are practical, user-centered, and aligned to measurable outcomes.
