Minimum Experience Requirements: A minimum of five (5) years of experience in technical program or project management. Acceptable Substitution: Four (4) years of additional experience in technical program or project management can be substituted for a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems. License/Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PgMP, or equivalent preferred. Desirable Qualifications: Demonstrated experience with AVEVA PI System (formerly OSIsoft PI), including architecture, data infrastructure, and integrations. Strong understanding of OT systems, telemetry, and real-time data environments. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities In-depth understanding of AVEVA Pl System architecture (Data Archive, AF, interfaces) and real-time industrial/OT data environments, including SCADA and telemetry systems. Strong knowledge of IT/OT integration, data governance practices, and infrastructure considerations across on-premises and cloud environments. Demonstrated skill in leading complex, cross-functional technical programs, including assessing system gaps and executing improvement roadmaps for data, infrastructure, and governance. Strong communication and facilitation skills to align technical and business stakeholders, manage vendors, and drive decisions. Ability to translate operational and business needs into actionable technical strategies while establishing standards for data quality, tag management, and system governance. As the As-Needed Electric Program Manager (PI) you will help lead and coordinate a comprehensive improvement initiative for the organization's AVEVA PI System. This role is responsible for assessing current-state challenges across infrastructure, data quality, tag management, workflows, and governance, and driving a structured program to modernize and stabilize the PI environment. The position operates in a cross-functional capacity, partnering with IT, OT/engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure the PI system is reliable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise data and analytics objectives. This is an as-needed role, with flexible hours based on project phase and organizational priorities., The hourly salary range for this position is $94.00 - $121.00.
